Mahiki are devastated to announce that we will be unable to participate within GT3 this Sunday at Donington Park. We will still be on track with our two GT4 Ginettas #69 and #88, however our #68 McLaren 720s GT3 will not be competing.
Josh Miller, of GT3 #68, has released the following statement:
“A mistake from me in practice yesterday means we will unfortunately be unable to take part in this weekend’s racing.
I want to apologise to Steve, who now misses out on competing through no fault of his own, and to the team who put countless hours into preparing the car. I also want to say sorry to my family and sponsors, whose belief and investment in me make opportunities like this possible.
I’d also like to extend my apologies to Phil Keen, who was caught up in the incident through no fault of his own, and to Ed McDermott, whose car suffered the consequences.
This is a tough pill to swallow, but it’s one I’ll learn from – and I look forward to getting back behind the wheel with Steve soon.”
We will be both on-track and off, racing and supporting our GT4 drivers through the final round, and we’re excited to finish this season and look toward 2026 where we are determined to campaign with a GT3 lineup with @British_GT and SRO.
