Join Our GT Race Team for the 2026 Season and Beyond

We’re expanding again and looking for talented, driven individuals to join our GT racing family for the 2026 season and beyond.

We’re recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions across our race team, including:

  • Race Engineers
  • No.1 Mechanics
  • No.2 Mechanics
  • No.3 Mechanics
  • Motorsport Truckies (HGV/Class 1 Licence Required)
  • Tyre Technicians

About the Roles

As part of our GT team, you’ll be involved in preparing, maintaining, and running our GT3 and GT 4 cars throughout the season.

Weekend work is a key part of the job, as you’ll be supporting the team at race events and test days across the calendar. Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing and maintaining GT cars in the workshop and at events
  • Supporting car operations during race weekends and test sessions
  • Ensuring reliability, precision, and performance at every stage

What We're Looking For

To succeed in these roles, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience working in motorsport, ideally at race events
  • Degree-level education or equivalent vocational qualifications
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and electronics
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • A flexible, proactive approach to working hours and travel
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • A valid Class 1 Licence (for truck driver applicants only)

Location

Our base is in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6 area).
You should be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before the start of the 2026 season.
